During the weekend 5 new residential listings came on the market. Two of them are 2 bedroom condos that are both listed under $230,000. One of them is a 2 bd/2ba in Silverthorne that is a 922 sq. ft. Deck Gore Range Condo. The other is a 2bd / 1 ba Gold Camp Condo in Breckenridge that has 836 sq.ft. and hot tubs as amenities.

One of the price reduced properties has been on the market for 686 days and is a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom condo in Breckenridge that was originally listed for $359,00 and is now down to $309,000.
This weekend in real estate reflects the data pulled from earlier this month showing that price reductions may create lower sale prices overall but that sales are generally up from last year.
